Property Preservation

Utilizing our vast network of Property preservation specialists and vendors, Viridian ensures that vacant properties are quickly secured and protected. Our team secures the property, removes debris, completes an inspection and manages the remediation of any code violations. We also complete all necessary repairs and provide ongoing property maintenance including before and after photos for quality assurance.

Marketing and Sale of the Property

Once a property has been preserved and an initial evaluation has been completed, Viridian works closely with our agents to establish a unique marketing plan for every property that we manage.  We require that our agents complete weekly property inspections and provide monthly sales activity reports to keep Viridian, and our clients, up to date on the status of each property.  We handle contract negotiations, coordinate the closing process and provide a complete “sold” file to our clients after closing.
