Our team combines over six decades of experience in risk management, financial analysis, operations management, servicing, secondary marketing and mortgage lending within large, national financial institutions.  We are proud to have been recognized as the only division of a top five National Bank to receive “no-issues” findings from Credit Review, Fair Lending, Internal Audit, Compliance and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. 

At Viridian, we believe the best foreclosure is the one that never happens.  We will partner with your organization to find ways to keep families in their homes, such as under the HopeNow program.  However, when all efforts have been exhausted, Viridian is able to provide the critical expertise needed to determine the most appropriate valuation and disposition strategies and provide the streamlined outsourcing, cost control, transparency, governmental coordination and community preservation needed for the ongoing success of REO and foreclosure initiatives.
